The people on here giving good reviews and 5 stars must be paid.This office is 1 of the most unprofessional doctor's office I have visit.The staff even the doctors must not know the definition of professionalism. The receptionist is so ghetto. When I walk in the door it was horrible looked run down and dirty. The examining rooms are outdated and unclean.

I absolutely love this office. The Dr. Renelien is the most caring caring and patient doctor. He has been my doctor for more than 30 years. He always goes above and beyond to spend quality time with each patient. I've never had better or more personal care from a physician.nI truly disagree with the previous review. I'm not sure what his experience was, but I have always had wonderful service from Doctor Renelien. I definitely recommend this provider.

the worst I will recommend to never go there.. the staff is horrible and gives you attitude.. even the female doctor was rude to me. I couldn't believe I was being treated like that just for a question. and on top of that I wasn't supposed to make a copay but the charge me anyways and was told I couldn't see the doctor if I payed and I was in desperately need to see her and when I spoke to my insurer I was told to ask for a refund, but this office didn't help me. do yourself a favor don't go there

The office manager is extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Seek healthcare elsewhere because you can tell with an office manager like her they don't take customer service serious. There are lots of other offices that actually deserve your business!

I called at 4pm to schedule a appointment for a new pt,and was asked to call back in 20mins.I called bk in 20mins and I got the overnight voicemail which was full. The site says they close at 5 pm... So why couldn't I make a appointment when I called first time. This shows me the unprofessionalism. of the staff. If you dont feel,like doing you job why even be there. But thank you soooo much,will we not be using you guys for the well being of my love ones.
