Worst urgent care!! Save yourself hundreds of dollars in bills. Went twice for the same UTI issue that they told me was muscle pain, they charged me twice because they made me come in to make sure they were giving me the right medication which I still didnu2019t get. They charged my insurance twice over $750 in bills and I still didnu2019t get the medication. Called numerous times to get the issue fixed, they never answer the phone, went elsewhere and got the issue resolved. They will take your money, never answer your calls and will not resolve the problem. Go somewhere else for real urgent care. They donu2019t even deserve one star.

Just flat out rude and extremely cold. The nurses act like you are an inconvenience to them. Meanwhile they have no problem charging the heck out of your insurance for them being unprofessional.

Stay away from here, waited forever in the waiting room. Waited forever to see the doctor (CNP) Literally 2 seconds..got sent home with nothing but a get Sudafed?! Went elsewhere today with a diagnosis of a sinus infection and fluid in my ear..Very cold front of house and back of house. I would go elsewhere and avoid here at all costs

Great staff, from the receptionist, to the nurse, and the PA-C. Ryan really listened to my symptoms, was professional, and kind. My doctor couldn't see me today, but I felt very comfortable at this clinic today.
