Terrible organization. Zero attention given. Dirty. Its like a ghost town up in there too. WeirdnI was the first one there and the bathroom was nasty with smears on the toilet seat. I waited an hour to even get seen and i was the first and literally only one there.nThe primary care facility upstairs is better but yea, doctor farina didnt give me much attention and seemed annoyed and short with me when i asked only a couple questions.nThe reception lady was super nice but run ragged by having to do anything. Woman is a saint.

This medical group simply cannot provide any measure of care. From what I see, the employees do their best, but the facility is so backed up and overloaded they are what I call functionally incapacitant.nI have an intake appointment with another provider later this month, and definitely plan to switch.nFor anyone considering entrusting their medical care to this group, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. The doctors and staff here are not at fault. The problem is at the top, with whoever is running the place. They donu2019t care. The best way people can make a statement that might get through is not to expect service from this group and donu2019t give them your business.nWherever you go, youu2019ll probably do better. I think it would be very hard to do worse.nI attest that everything stated in this review is true and correct, to the best of my knowledge. The place was good for the first two weeks then down hill! Doctor's are late for there appointment by hours example (2x ) waited almost 3hrs for an appointment. An if you did not want to wait you had to pay $50fee. How can this be legal.

Been a patient for years and throughout the year this facility has failed countless times. Iu2019ve just reached the end of it, not only does the reception give an attitude over the phone but she takes her sweet time checking patients in when physically showing up to the appointments. Not to mention the staff (doctor) didnu2019t know that my appointment was for a breast lump surgery and had forgotten that he was the one that suggested the procedure over the phone. Unfortunately I wonu2019t be going back!

I am so glad I found DR. Nicholas Minior he actually listens and wants to help not just push meds on me he gets to the bottom of the situation!! I Highly recommend him!! I'll be keeping him for life!!! Best doctor I've EVER had the pleasure to meet and actually take care of my health !!!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could!!! The receptionist are awesome also!!
