North Raleigh Medical Center has been my PCP Location for years and the services, facilities, Scheduling, billing, prescriptions, Lab results etc., process is fully streamlined and convenient for the client. Dr. Sachdeva and a couple of Physician Assistants are very professional, caring and attentive to requests/questions. Clean, spacious waiting room. Appointments spaced apart for patients safety. Friendly receptionist and assistants. Appointments are handled promptly. Walk-ins are welcome. Miss Emily, PA has been my go to for all my medical needs for over 15 years. I'm so lucky to have found such a caring PA. I have 5-star visits and leave with confidence knowing I'll be taken care of promptly and properly. With the old office now closed, their new, ultra modern office building off of 98 and US 1 on Ingleside Place, has plenty of parking and convenient to main roads.

Very dissatisfied with the incompetent care from this practice. The practitioner did my elderly mother a disservice and was overheard doing so by another family member. After my repeated calls, the practitioners cowardly deferred to an office manager who contacted us. The office manager promised follow up and never did. They clearly just wanted to assess their own liability with no desire to help the patient (my mother). Even when told members of their own staff shared the same concerns surrounding my mother, the provider has chosen to ignore them. Beware of this practice.nnIu2019ve seen your response. As I told your staff repeatedly, you didnu2019t have to tell me anything. Care for your patient! My mother!! Show concern for someone who trusts you with their well being and listen to not only her familyu2019s concerns, but another local health provider who contacted you and you also ignored. You should be ashamed of yourself and your poor patient care.

Very thankful for the flexibility of the staff. I had a family Conflict for my scheduled appointment and they were able to rearrange their day and came back from lunch early to help make sure that I was able to be seen. Super thankful for Kaitlyn in the front office for all of her help and kindness. As always, Emily was super easy to talk to and took the time to answer my questions.
