I had no issues with my service and care. The only thing is they did not submit my claims to my insurance company. I realize that when I got the bill in the mail and I checked my insurance company and they never submitted any claims to my insurance company. There is a number to call for billing questions on the statement 571-302-5000 and it is stated the hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 7 PM Eastern standard time but when I call, itu2019s only 8 AM to To 3 PM Eastern standard time plus every time I call on multiple occasions Iu2019ve waited over an hour and still no one picks up. I work full-time I donu2019t have the flexibility to sit on the phone and be on hold for over an hour every time I try to call and resolve my issue. I even sent in an email requesting help with submitting with my insurance then I got an email response that was automatic, stating it takes seven or more days to be contacted. Iu2019ve never dealt with a company that has the longest wait times on phones. I donu2019t think anyoneu2019s even there in the office working I just want my claim submitted to my insurance company.
