I was pleasantly pleased with the service my daughter received today. From the front of the house to the back, we were well taken care of!!nnWe live over an hour away and just happened to be in the area and on a whim went to check out a sore throat. Tested for mono and strep. Turns out it was strep. The nurses worked together to do the blood work for mono and swab for strep. The doctor was great. He even knew what our hometown mascot was!!nnWould definitely recommend.

These people were great. After a disappointing visit with Cox urgent care where nothing was accomplished I started calling around. Family Medical told me over the phone what my appointment would cost (I am uninsured) and told me to come in so they could take a look at me. I went in on a Friday around lunchtime and the wait was quick. I was in a ton of pain and the provider (Kevin Kelly, PA) was extremely kind, understanding of my situation, and knowledgeable of the care I required. He and Lacy treated me, and told me to come back a couple days later for a follow up. The follow up appointment was, again, quick and the provider, a different person this time (I don't remember her name), was kind and knowledgeable. Both visits they took time to listen to my concerns and make sure they had properly treated my pain.nnI gave 4 stars instead of 5 for a couple of things. First, the facility was not very clean, granted it is an old building. The patient beds in the rooms definitely needed a bit of a scrub down. Second, the billing department jumped the gun a bit and sent me a bill showing I owed 5x more than what I had already paid. I was able to call the billing department and they explained that I actaully owed nothing. I also called the clinic to double check and they were extremely friendly and explained that the bill was likely just processed faster than they could write it off so, even though the bill showed I owed hundreds of dollars, it was mailed in error. Still scared me a bit!nnI would recommend this location to anyone without insurance in need of minor medical care. Every staff member I spoke with was very friendly and I got the care I needed without going to the ER which was all Cox and Mercy would tell me to do.

Rick & precious wife are coast to coast 4 million miles strong. Rick went to this clinic for DOT drug test. Nancy Miller & staff had A+ personalities & were very helpful & were the definition of professionalism. They did everything humanly possible to get me completed cause it was 1/2hr before closing. We couldn't have had better service & MO sweetness. We highly recommend this clinic.

Drove my daughter here as she cut her thumb with a sharp knife making dinner.....went to 1 facility first that was so rude (because they were closing in 20 minutes). Came here and everyone was so nice and made us feel so much better. They took care of her cut quickly and were so professional! Will definitely only come here if an urgent care issue ever comes up again!
