Experian Urgent Care- MidlothiannnRiley, the receptionist, welcomed me in and got me checked in and literally no wait time! She was extremely nice!nnDiana, the nurse practitioner was hands down fantastic! She made it a very personable visit while still focusing on the mission at hand! I came in for what I thought was an ingrown hang nail but turns out to be a small staff infection. Diana and I talked about vehicles (Iu2019m a manager at a dealership) and we talked about horses.nI will definitely recommend this location to the entire world!nThey are superior and is Top Tier!

Visited this location recently for my son. I never like to write reviews but I feel this location deserves it. For me it's all the friendly faces and how clean they keep the place. Emily the medical assistant during our visit was so nice and great with kids. Helped keep my son calm and smiling, which just made everything go smoother. We were literally in and out!

I brought my 9 year old in today. She was sick and running fever. Riley was the receptionist and she was so nice! Got in earlier than we thought. The medical assistant Emily was very sweet and was heady with my daughter. She ended up having strep. She was very gentle with the swans that test for flu, Covid, and strep. The doctor was also very move. I would recommend anyone coming to Expedian Midlothian for their care..

I came in today not knowing what to expect. Surprisingly, the staff was very friendly and professional. The MA, Marisol R., was welcoming and handled her tasks quickly and professionally. The reception was very sweet and professional. The nurse and Dr took the time to listen to my concerns and was very caring. They both took time to go over my treatment and answered all my questions. They were genuinely sweet. I'd recommend coming here. I really appreciated the professionalism and cleanliness of the office.
