I have been going there for almost year now. Itu2019s been amazing. Some days so very hard,but thatu2019s how you get better. I am extremely Happy that they have brought in a new therapist. At first I was afraid. I will say that Andrew is a very welcoming PT. He is wonderful! I am very lucky to have him as my PT. I am very thankful. He has been wonderful working with! Ross you made a great choice in hiring him!

If you ever have the misfortune of needing physical therapy, this is a great place to be. Every single person I've dealt with, literally from the first phone call, has been super kind, and professional. Reilly, Brook, and Maddie have pushed me and encouraged me, as well as recognizing when I needed to pull back, rest, and even eat something (oops, lol). They're good at their jobs, all around cool people, but also able to be stern if needed...and let's face it, that's definitely a must in this line of work. I'll forever be grateful for the time I've spent here.

This place is great! Tucked in a small unassuming shopping center this place is like family. Best in reno hands down. MacKenzie has always been the most helpful And friendly person there she is always willing to answer my questions and help me with exercise exercises and is more empathetic than most healthcare professionals I have dealt with. Everyone is very kind at this location, but I definitely stay because of MacKenzie. They treat you like family while youu2019re there and it makes you feel comfortable to be able to work through all the complex emotions that come after an injury.
