I went here on the very first day of the year with abdominal pain and headaches, and I was experiencing drowsiness. The NP or PA - I canu2019t remember which - pressed down on my stomach at the time, I found nothing wrong with that. However, a few months later, I started to think about how archaic that was. I was prescribed ibuprofen for my headaches anyway. A month later, I was still having problems, and I went somewhere else and got bloodwork done, which revealed that my iron was extremely low.

For an early morning visit, it went more than well. I was satisfied in all that morning from the time I entered whiteville urgent care until I was checked out. My provider, Ms. Sheeketa B. Smith was very professional and spot on in my exam which made me very comfortable during the whole process and truthfully I would refer her and that entire staff that was on that morning to anyone in need of any health assistance. Thanks to each of you at Whiteville Urgent Care.

The staff here are extremely professional and caring! I came in from track practice shortly before closing with difficulty breathing, and they responded immediately to get me the proper medical attention. Once I was able to breathe on my own, they were quick to get details on the events leading up to the incident. They diagnosed me and prescribed the appropriate medications. Despite this being a very frightening experience, this establishment made it easy for not only me but my family as well.

I cut my finger rather deeply the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. Whiteville Urgent Care supposed to close at 6:00p.m. I called the office to inform them that I was in route and would arrive at 5:15. The voice mail greeting stated that they were on another line please call back. I tried calling a 2nd time and got the same message. I arrived at the urgent care at 5:15 to discover that they were closed. A 1 star rating was too good for this establishment. I understand it is A DAY BEFORE a holiday, it's NOT THE HOLIDAY!!! I thought they were in the business of health care! I am currently sitting in the lobby of the ER for something that could have been handled at an urgent care. Thanks Whiteville Urgent Care for the BIG inconvenience.

one this place takes forever, two it smells like straight urine in here, three the staff donu2019t know exactly what they are doing and donu2019t know who each patient is because they donu2019t look up there patients correctly, and four it is so unsanitary to the point where the walls ate covered in dust and even the medical equipment was dusty. never going here again.
