Saw Jason Matyascik who was one of the worst physicians I have ever encountered. Very quick with the physical exam and offered no thoughts whatsoever, even when I asked him what he thought. Refused to send an imaging referral to the hospital claiming they can't do it. He prescribed me medication that he was pretty confident would not work, and then left. It was superbowl sunday so I would not be surprised to find that he was more concerned about football than his patients. I ended up going back to my PCP who put me on the right course of action. This urgent care was a completely useless step in the process

Great folks. Wish i would have gone there two days earlier. Diagnosed my pneumonia and prescribed me the meds to fix me up. Thanks guys. Iu2019m old so Iu2019ll be back. Just such a better experience than the ER. Five days later and I am a new man. Professional and competent . Five starsu2026 six if I could.

NEW UPDATE**** DO NOT VISIT!!!!I went to urgent care because I needed an antibiotic for an infection. The doctor I guess didn't want me doing her job for her and told me to come back in 10 days if I'm still sick. I was charged $131.00 for HER to tell me to come back in 10 days? To be charged another $131.00?Contacted me on here and asked me to email them. I did. Heard nothing back. I guess they publicly answer on here and them ignore the email lmao.I had to wait 2 months for a regular doctors appointment (not with tower health) so I could finally get my antibiotic. As soon as my new doctor saw me she couldn't believe that I was denied treatment by Tower Health Urgent Care in Exeter.Update**Tower health contacted me as you see. I emailed them. Told them the issue. Have not heard a response yet.Went to a new practice because I'm stoll sick almost 2 months later. New Dr sent in script for antibiotics.Went there because I have a sinus infection. Told me I didn't have a temperature. Said it was probably viral and there's nothing they can do. Come back in 10 days if it persists. Got home and checked my temperature. 99.9 but yea, I don't have a fever.Reading hospital use to be good until tower got it.

Paid $125 for a visit. I saw a PA not a Dr. She took a picture of my leg injury walked to next office and showed the picture to her supervisor. She then came back in the room and told me to go back to the ER since I had tried going there the night before and the DR there had listed a test in to complete if I stayed ( the wait was 7 hours at the ER so I decided to go to Urgent Care). I should not have been charged for a PA to take a pic and show another Dr. then tell me to go to ER. Very disappointed and do not have money to just throw away. Such a shame.

My daughter and I were seen at this location today, the doctor was rude and also neglected to call in my daughteru2019s prescription, only mine! When I called in to get this figured out as we are clearly very ill the receptionist proceeded to laugh about it, absolutely rude and disrespectful!! Would NOT recommend, the extra 15-20 mins to go to a Penn State/ St Joes urgent care would have been well worth it! Wonu2019t make the mistake of going here again!!!!
