Good news was they were able to swab and give me a negative covid test result. I was then told at 9:30 that the nurse practitioner would call for a medical conference. She wrote in my file that she attempted to call me at 11:15. Problem is my cell phone shows no call from her. So she is either incompetent in phone use or she lied. I called back four times asking her to please call me where I can receive antibiotics prescription for my sinus infection. No response to my pleas. So my I continue to feel terrible. Thanks for nothing nurse who ever you are.

Wife was inpatient for a few days. They asked me her history and what she needed, and then did exactly the opposite of what I asked and what they promised. They discharged my wife in worse condition than she went in. I left multiple messages to request an explanation, and my calls were never returned. These people will lie to you in order to get your money. They won't respect your wishes! I wouldn't trust this place with any services!

Absolutely not Management Of environmental serviceIs Is awful Pauline And Michael they dont care anything about there EmployersTreat people differently If they get Pauline out of the management housekeeping wouldn't have such a high turn over Very unprofessionalShe tells employees business And also talks to them like they're not grown It's like the employees don't have a say so

I am saddened and horrified by the treatment my handicapped, elderly father received from a PCA at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, TN. This is an elderly man who is usually wheelchair bound (when he's not sick and relegated to a hospital bed) and is unable to care for himself. He asked for a urinal in the middle of the night last night and his PCA **REFUSED** saying he should just urinate on himself because she didn't want to do no double work. That is not Patient Care, it is Elder Abuse. That woman should be ashamed of herself and Baptist Hospital should be ashamed for having her in your employ. I am in awe of those involved in Healthcare, however, if you want to dehumanize and flat out refuse to help the sick, GET ANOTHER JOB!
