I came here a week ago, needing stitches in my hand. The entire staff was courteous and professional, and took care of me very well. I have not been satisfied with my urgent care that I have been going to. this is very close to my home and they were awesome. Iu2019ll admit I had been here previously and wasnu2019t sure what I thought. It just goes to show you. Sometimes you have to go more than once to get a good feel of a place. I would highly recommend them.

Dr's are great, AMAZING, actually, while the front desk girls are incompetent. I called and said very clearly that I hit traffic and was running over 20 minutes late. Should I just reschedule? They said NO. JUST COME IN. I fight through traffic and walk in to be greeted with, Oh ya, we are going to have to reschedule. That's the reason why I called, I couldn't afford to spend my morning in traffic just to be turned around at the door. If you can't get the simple things right, why would I trust this place for the big stuff, like my health. Taking the family elsewhere.

I'm new to the area and was apprehensive after seeing the reviews. I didn't want to drive all the way back to the urgent care I know and love in my old neighborhood. HOWEVER, I went in and if I could give 10 stars I would. Maybe it was the timing (Christmas Day in the evening), but there was no one in the lobby aside from myself right up until about 3 minutes before I was called back. The nurse was wonderful. She was very thorough as was the doctor who continued to confirm my issue and even gave my a first dose of the medication I was prescribed because she knew all of the pharmacies were closed in observance of Christmas. I will need to find a new primary physician; however, I will come here and strongly recommend to others as well if urgent care is needed in the future.

Refused to see my sick child because I couldnu2019t find my debit card at home- even though I had cash on me to pay for her visit. Not accepting cash as a form of payment and refusing to care for a child who is in pain is unacceptable.

I had my first PCP appointment at 4pm, and waited in the lobby until 4:30. Everyone had been called back but me. When I asked the receptionist she then proceeded to pick up the phone. It is not only the doctor whose time is important, my time is as well. I walked out and do not plan to use this location again. Also, I want to be clear that 30 minutes is a long time to wait in the lobby not to mention the wait when I am called back. This office is not professional, and do not have respect for peopled time or money.
