Terrible place. At first they collect a lot of information (takes a while to fill up and we all know where this data will end up once they get hacked) asking to add credit card on file and then still asking for physical card to pay at the end. I had ear was cleaning done there and paid for 2 visits, which is ok. But then they prescribed me some ear drops as a precaution and small bottle was $40. Its kind of upsetting to pay that much for useless drops on top of 2 visits, and my ear is fine without the drops. If I knew it was extra $40 I would politely refuse, but now I canu2019t return it. Just stay away from that place.

I had a fantastic experience at NuMednUrgent Care! Everyone was super amazing and efficient from the moment I walked in. The front desk staff got me checked in quickly and easily, which really helped reduce the stress of the situation. NFP Christina did my IV, and it was completely painless her gentle bedside manner gave me a lot of comfort while I was in pain. The medical assistant who removed the IV was also incredibly gentle and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism shown by the entire team. I will absolutely be recommending NuMed Urgent Care to all my friends and family!

I have been wanting to do an IV Therapy for a while now and on Mother's Day weekend I decided to try it because I've been very dehydrated, so I decided to walk into this place, I knew about it because I saw it as this place was being constructed and I looked into pricing. When I got there I was a bit nervous but the young lady at the front desk, Alysia was very sweet and thorough of all my questions. The sign in process was very quick and they got me into my room fast, then the Nurse Practitioner, Marissa came in and explained to me everything she was giving me, what it was for, what she was about to do and kept asking of I was okay as the IV started, she then left me in the room which was small but clean, it had a TV, I had a snack, water and the zero gravity chair they had was so comfortable and amazing that I almost fell asleep. The IV was going fast and I couldn't believe how different it made me feel, I was so replenished and energized. When that was done, I rang my bell and Alysia came to check on me and called the Medical Assistant, Apree. She was very quiet but gentle and quick! My whole experience was fabulous, the place is brand new so it's beautiful, clean and comfortable. I will definitely be going back next month for my second round!
