I really enjoy coming here when I'm not feeling well. I've been here maybe 4-5 times, and it was extremely packed only once. The intake person was awesome. He took all of my vitals and was a pleasure to talk to. The doctor, Stephanie, was great at addressing all of my issues. They were able to send the prescription over to my pharmacy swiftly! I have no issues with this place. Thanks, y'all!

I was pretty sick when I called, having travelled from Australia to NY. I was given an appointment promptly, & seen quickly as well. This was my first time at Urgent Care in NY. I expected an impersonal experience & was pleasantly surprised to find the staff very caring. Consult, tests, discussion of diagnosis & treatment plan quickly took place. Medications were ordered. I left with detailed instructions and with confidence in the care I received.

Front desk staff are pleasant, knowledgeable and communicative. The facility is clean and well maintained. I was treated well by all employees I interacted with. They did everything they were able to and then I was referred to the ER. Because they referred me, I was able to get treated for a condition I didnu2019t know I had.

I had the best, most competent, thorough, and courteous treatment at this facility that I have ever experienced at any Urgent Care facility. The PA that cared for me could not have been more knowledgeable. I have a rare disease and she knew a surprising amount about it. She handled my current problem remarkably efficiently. When something comes up and you really need a professional medical opinion ( and your PCP is not available for multiple weeks) this is an excellent Urgent Care.nDr Avi was insightful, sensitive and very thorough. The office staff were efficient and caring.
