My son was having a really hard time when his tongue started swelling. Then I was told that children mercy is a good place to bring my son to. Which I did and they were so helpful and very nice. My son at first was scared but seeing how the nurses and doctors were so nice and helpful he wasnu2019t scared anymore. So yes, it was the best place to bring son to.

I love that Childrenu2019s Mercy has a check in ahead of time option. Every time weu2019ve had to go, our receptionist, nurses, and doctors are amazing! We are in and out within an hour. They never make you feel dumb or like you shouldnu2019t have come in. Probably the best care weu2019ve ever received at a doctors office/hospital.

After nearly two weeks of my 18-month-old running very high fevers, she was finally diagnosed with both a UTI and strep throat. I can't tell you how frustrating it was to be repeatedly dismissed and told it was just a virus u2014 that I was simply a panicked mom. But I knew something wasnu2019t right. The doctor we saw was such a kind and gentle soul. For the first time, I truly felt heard. He didnu2019t hesitate to order the necessary tests to get to the bottom of what was going on, and thanks to that, we finally got answers.nnWithin 12 hours of starting antibiotics, my daughter started acting like her happy, bubbly self again. Iu2019m so thankful we ended up here u2014 it made all the difference

Hands down the best urgent care weu2019ve been to! Weu2019d obviously like to avoid urgent care in the first place, but if we had to go again, Iu2019d absolutely go here. They were so friendly and really made my child feel at ease. We were seen quickly and they handled everything smoothly, giving him a proper diagnosis and medicine. From the nurses to doctors, to x-ray technician, they all treated us with the utmost respect. It was also very clean!

Did a walk-in appointment on Friday night an hour before closing and was able to get seen right away for my young daughter who was dealing with an ear infection. Not only did they take great care of us, they went the extra mile and got her hey sippy cup of apple juice and her own stuffed animal because it was her birthday in a couple days. Over the years we've never had a bad experience here and it's great to have in a pinch when you don't have access to your pediatrician on the weekends.
