Honestly, my experience has been nothing but the best at Northside Hospital thanks to Dr Jaqueline Stewart, she quite literally saved my life and has been nothing but extraordinary to work with, I got declined and treated terribly at other practices, when I moved to Atlanta it made me super nervous about my health and right as I was going to give up I walked into Northside Hospital Urgent Care and my life changed for the better, cannot express enough gratitude and praise for Dr. Stewart, a true professional whom cares for her patients, the kind of person who you never forget. Front desk staff has also been super kind to me, always greeting me when I come in, giving me compliments and making me smile. :)

Wow, kinda shocked about all the bad reviews. Iu2019ve visited this urgent care about 4-5 times in the last two years and always been happy with the service. The front desk staff is nice, helpful, and let you know how long it will be for you to see someone. The medical staff has never steered me or my husband wrong. They are realistic and provide effective treatment. I find them to be a true asset to our Midtown community. I can only speak for my experience and Iu2019m not trying to negate anybody elseu2019s. That said, I would recommend them to any of my loved ones.

I've visited this clinic a few times with consistent poor experiences including incomplete or completely wrong diagnoses. Most recently, the provider ordered a test through a lab I'd never heard of. Turns out that lab uses PCR-based testing which insurance considers experimental. I'm stuck with the full lab bill. Additionally, despite recent foreign travel clearly indicating a potential diagnosis and me asking about that as specifically something to check for, the test ordered did not test for that possible diagnosis. Had to go to another provider and get another test for a complete and proper diagnosis.

Nurse couldn't care less. Kept on telling me I was calling the wrong office and that they did not have a male provider. Wonder who the man was who diagnosed me at their location... Unprofessional and lacking service!

The bald female receptionist was extremely rude, abrasive, and unprofessional. Sheu2019s lucky she caught me while I was in the worst pain Iu2019ve felt in my life cause Iu2019m from NYC and we donu2019t play thatu2014 itu2019s just not how you treat people. Like, for an URGENT care worker, her agitation was unacceptable. Despite my severe pain, she rushed me insensitively and demanded I complete numerous forms just before closingu2014 and pressed me to do it WHILE I was in the doctoru2019s room. Mind you, I was so stressed and overstimulated by my diagnosis I could barely even think. She even refused to validate my friend's parking out of spite. As college students, we found this petty and inconsiderate. The facility should improve their hiring process with respect to receptionists cause that was just so ghetto.nnHowever, Dr. Stewart and the medical assistants/nurses were excellent. Her diagnosis was effective and she is the sweetest soul.
