Would give zero stars is allowed. Scheduled an apt for 1:00. At 2:00 I hadnu2019t been seen. Stepped out to ask the girl that took my vitals how much longer it would be, she said Iu2019d be next. Waited another half hour. Still havenu2019t been seen. I wanted to leave, but they already collected my co-pay. The last time I went here and they tested me for flu and strep, they lost the test and had to run them again. I should have known better than to come here again. Also, the sharps container is over full. See attached photo.nAsked the CNA again how long it would be and she said the provider was in his office charting. Literally charting while I was supposed to be seen an hour and a half ago. The provider finally came in and said that the CNAs should have swabbed me for strep, flu, and Covid. So then they finally tested and said that they would call with the results. Iu2019m not confident I will ever get the results. We shall see.

The care was fantastic and the staff was sympathetic BUT... the 2 hr wait was a bit much. Apologies accepted and I will come back. Getting a doctor visit within 5 hours of calling seems reasonable but the wait in the room! ud83dude1enMore to follow....nMedication called into Walmart Pharmacy and I was on the mend within 24 hours of first call. I'm happy.

Worst experience I ever had at that location. Never even saw provider. They took my co-pay and put me in a room to wait over an hour before I had to leave due to other commitments which I had informed staff ahead of time of. Whatu2019s the point of making appointment? There was an empty lobby and at least 3 other exam rooms. Provider was there as heard them speaking but couldnu2019t tell you what they looked like as I never received care. Plan to make inquiry to my insurance carrier regarding billing. Unbelievable!

Great friendly service with the young man at the desk. He helpful and friendly and had a great attitude. He was service with a smile. He knows what it is to provide customer service. I didnt get his name but kudos to him.nI was here a year ago and the ladies weren't so friendly. It good to see service with a smile.
