Excellent care team - could use some work on communication.nnI had surgery last Thursday and was told to arrive at 5:30 AM. You park, check in once for your driver, again for your appointment and then meet with someone to go over the same things youu2019ve already answered in your pre-op call. It all seems very redundant. We were told my surgery wasnu2019t until later but that Iu2019d arrived and the correct time because I needed other things done. After waiting for a long time and expressing my concerns, the charge nurse met with me and explained what was going on. Past that, we were told my wife would be called back twice, only happened once (after almost two hours) with no updates on the electronic board. This was all very stressful for me and my wife.nnThe care team was excellent. The doctors and nurses who attending to me were caring, engaged and answered any question I had. Itu2019s amazing how kind everyone was throughout the process.

I had the most beautiful birth experience at this Northside @Johnson ferry rd. First of all, I had the best anesthesiologists. I was assigned two. One who did the epidural and the one who followed me to the OR. He explained every step to me as it was happening. The epidural was so perfect, I did not feel a thing during surgery. Shout out to Dr Peek for the most amazing surgery experience. All the nurses I had from triage to OR to Postpartum floor were all amazing. They always answered when I called and attended to all my needs. I am so impressed.

My best friend got surgery here and the nurses were wonderful at taking care of him in recovery and making sure that he wasn't in too much pain. It's such a great thing to see healthcare professionals who are actually committed to their field and genuinely care about the wellbeing of their patients.
