The staff here was so nice and caring. My wife had been very sick for two days. She DID NOT want to go to the Cape Fear Valley Hospital ER, which is notorious for having excessively long wait times and terrible service. The nurse and doctor at Northside were very professional and quickly assessed my wife's symptoms and cross-referenced them with her prescription side effects and previous medical history. When they got her back to the exam room, the doctor decided to put her on an IV drip for dehydration and to give her multiple shots for dizziness and vomiting. It was a little after 12:00 noon, and they were closing at 1:00pm that day. This did not seem to matter to them. They told me I could take my children home because the IV would take an hour. They called me at 2:30pm to let me know that my wife's treatment was done and that she was feeling much better, and that I could come pick her up. This was an hour and a half after they were supposed to close. It is rare in this day and age to find professionals who truly care about their work and their clients, more than getting off work on time and how much money they can make. I really appreciate how the staff, especially the nurse and doctor, treated my wife and family. Thank you Northside Urgent Care for your dedication to helping people! I would recommend this urgent care facility as an alternative to the ER to anyone needing non-life threatening emergency care. Thank you again!

I had a great experience from the moment I checked in until I left! They were very professional and friendly. The nurses were very personable. When the PA came in to see me, I had his full attention and did not feel rushed to speak with him. He was extremely genuine and took the time to discuss and create a pathway to improve my health concerns. It was one of the first times I spent the majority of my time speaking with the doctor than sitting in a waiting room. Very refreshing!!

Wonderful experience! I am new to area and needed a pcp. I took a chance and went here. I am so happy I met Michelle who is the PA at this clinic. She took time with me, listened, and truly showed empathy and understanding. The staff was great too. I am very happy!

I don't give 5 stars unless you just blow me away, but I did give them three. The wait time was a little to long, but the nurse and the doctor were GREAT. The doctor took his time to understood my concerns, he didn't rush through like the many physicians I have been seen by. He noted my concern and stepped into action to get to the root of it. I have been running around almost a year with this issue and not ONE of the physicians bothered to look further to see that I have a heart issue I guess cause I'm young and in shape(idk). You are in great hands if you come here. ud83dudc4d

This place is under exciting new management and care. I have developed a PERSONAL relationship with my provider because I can tell he cares deeply. He has a good sense of humor and a careful attention to detail.nThe staff is personable and kind. I've never waited more than a few minutes to be seen.
