I have gone to this urgent care several times and have always received great care. During our last visit we received exceptional care from Dr. Smith, Sherri, and Shahari. Dr. Smith took extra time to take care of my son and answer all of my questions. I also feel like he took my opinion seriously and took into account the information I shared with him. The staff checked on us as we waited and made us feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation.

So I had a really good experience with one son and a meh experience with my other son.nnCheck in could use some improvement, preferably online check in, but worked ok. My 20 month old had a minor injury that required an x-ray, everyone was very friendly and helpful, and it was quick because almost no one was in.nnThis is probably more my fault, but I brought my almost 3 month old in for a cough. Their website said all ages, but I wish it didn't.nnThough the office was busy, and it course it was new years day, they saw us very quickly, after being able to wait in our car which was nice, because it could be a medical emergency. I'm sure you'll see reviews about us being seen before 15 others that were there first.nnNurses were very nice, asked a bunch of questions and checked his vitals. The provider rushed in 5-10 minutes later and spent the 75 seconds of the 90 seconds he was in the room saying he isn't a pediatrician and basically I have to either call my pediatrician or go to the hospital even though his vitals were fine. Listened to his breathing through him crying, which I'd imagine was a waste. Didn't check his ears or anything else.nnI now know to call my pediatrician first, but I wouldn't bother bringing an infant here. I wish they just told me at the desk not to waste my time and my money.nnThankfully my pediatrician called us back and advised us not to go to the ER unless he had a fever or breathing issues.

Where to beginu2026 a few months back I was having an issue with dizziness. The doctor, u201ccatu201d had no idea why, then proceeded to walk over to the window, look out, turn her head to the side and say u201cyeah no I have no idea whatu2019s going on, I can go google itu201d u2026wonderful. She sent me home with no ideas, or anything to help the extreme dizziness that was causing me to pass out, I couldnu2019t drive, walk, etc..nnThe most recent time, I had a cut on my finger that needed to be stitched, it was deep, bleeding and wide. She then put glue on it to u201ckeep it closedu201d not even 10 hours in, the glue split wide open and I was back where I started with a bloody, open wound. Did I mention this was the same doctor as the 1st time?nnYou take your life in your hands with that doctor. The ladies at the desk are all extremely nice, the nurse Maggie was very sweet. The u201cdoctoru201d should not be a doctor in an urgent care apparently. Do better urgent care.

I took my son here as he needed to get X-rays done and the whole experience was amazing-the staff were so personable and welcoming. Highly recommend this urgent care and for a Saturday morning it was super quiet.

Dr. Silletti-Cay is awesome! I was in urgent care in Newton twice in a week and had her both times. She is a great doctor- very nice to talk to and is very efficient. Rose and Elyssa were great also!
