Iu2019ve had nothing but pleasant experiences at this office. Doctors and nurse practitioners are so nice and caring. They listen and take their time getting to know you and your health needs. The staff is always cheerful and have a smile on their faces when they greet you. I have recommended this office to family members looking for a new primary care provider. A great place to be seen for people of all ages.

absolutely 10/10 recommend NP Jillian Smith and the nurse that works there Cara. love them both. Jillian is very personable and has helped me as both a PCP and Gyno. she sits and talks and listens to what you say and takes your needs very seriously. today Cara was so kind to me as i was getting my blood drawn and almost fainted. she got me candy and water and talked face to face with me so i wasn't scared. this is the best group of Dr's i have ever had.

I come here for all my medical needs. It's convenient, especially with a busy schedule. The staff here is always so friendly. My NP Jillian Smith is amazing ud83dudc4f! Her MA Cara is also great! If you're looking for a primary doctor, this is the place.

My husband and I have been patients here for a long time. Although we don't need to see doctors frequently this has always been our HOME until now. Nicole Flippen has been amazing but I can't say the same for how they handle scheduling. They have the worst customer service. We never get a call through and always have to leave a message for appointments. My husband and I have tried on multiple occasions to get through to schedule a quarterly visit for a standard prescription refill. This last time we had to find someone that could provide the prescription via telehealth because we never received a call back about scheduling with multiple attempts at leaving messages. I doubt we will be back to this practice which makes me very upset because we loved the care Nicole provides us.
