Customer service awful. Staff very rude , and unprofessional. My order was done online. Food look thrown together . Incorrect order . Items were missing .nStaff not helpful . No matter what time it is or who is there customer service is your number one responsibility.nnStaff standing around, on phones, no ppe etc

My son ordered pizza from here thru door dash. Now I have been sitting at the hospital for more than 5 hours due to food poisoning. Both my other two family member who had the pizza got sick but since he consumed more of it, symptoms for him were worst. This has officially ruined me even thinking about any little Ceasars locations. Tried contacting a manager about this and no manager was on staff. Did make the complain thru door dash too. Iu2019ll be calling the consumer health division about this.

Usually we have had great experience here. Our pizza we picked up today literally was missing the cheese. Didn't notice until already home (my husband picked up and ate. I woke up and noticed no cheese. He just kept saying that pizza was terrible... husbands). No one has answered the phone for the last hour.nnETA They offered to make another once I finally got them on the phone. I declined since we kind of already ate. I added cheese and warmed up.

Got coupons in the mail, they won't honor them. Same pizza costed $3 more in person than online. I would have ordered online in the first place, but I wanted to use the coupon which stated in-store only. Ugh.

I've tried contacting this Little Caesars location multiple times over the past two days, calling between 2 PM and 7 PM, but no one ever answers the phone. When I finally spoke to someone in person and asked if their phone was broken, they assured me it wasn't. Clearly, they just choose not to answer.nnTonight, I decided to visit the location in person, arriving 35 minutes before closing because I still couldn't reach them by phone, even after trying around 8 PM. When I walked in, I was told the kitchen was already closed.nnFor such a nice location in a great area, the service here is incredibly disappointing. It feels like a waste of space given the lack of customer service and reliability.
