I went to this urgent care 4/19(a day before Easter) and although the lady at the front desk was very nice there were some issues after that. Since there was no appointments available that day I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day while there at the front desk. The next day comes and its Easter and I get a confirmation for my appointment as well as it says they are open on the website so I drive 30 minutes out there to find out they were closed for Easter, which is understandable for the holiday but no one had mentioned it and I was still able to make the appointment the day before in person. There was just a lack of communication as no one had called or cancelled my appointment confirmation text which was a little frustrating. I would have been fine the day before if someone had just said they were closed the next day but I was looking forward to getting care sooner than later like I thought.

Brought my mother in a Saturday. Scheduled the appointment the day before. From the front desk rep to the nurse and practitioner all treated us so good. Made my mothers care comfortable, pleasant. Results received and reviewed. Would recommend this place to anyone for care.

Everything was excellent, very helpful, dedicated people. The front desk lady had to be out, but Her back up guy, came in on His day off and made everything wonderful. He needs a raise and promotion. He worked very hard to get everything back in order. Everyone involved, doctors and all staff are top notch, nice friendly,helpful and they go beyond their duty. Thanks, James Cook

Went in at 8am,nScheduled me an appointment at 11:30am,nDidnu2019t get seen until around 1:15pm, although this sounds terrible, they helped me/same day.nIt happens.nI feel better already!!nKnowledgeable stalk & Dr. Lipsky was amazing.nThank you!!

I definitely recommend med first Nurse Practitioner Mrs.J Lipsky.However, It's impossible to call & get anyone on the Phone.Turn over is horrible here.Staff otherwise isn't here to serve.I walked in on crutches,signed in was asked to come up to the desk & clearly they could see I was on crutches struggling.Forget them assisting you regardless of your struggles.Then they implement a policy notification sent to patient's about the $75 applicable charge for not canceling apt s/no show.But how is this applicable when the staff doesn't answer the phone nor return calls in a timely manner,if you send a portal message you have to allow for 2 days per the portal.Accountability isn't a thing here for clerical staff. It is what it is.I guve a10 star review for Mrs. LIPSKY N.P. 100% the ONLY reason I go back.Been here for along time & shes compassionate,understanding,professional & really cares about all of her patients & very cautious of all meds (does labs to ensure kidney function)unlike so many in Healthcare today because they're to busy.If she ever leaves I will also. Please also note I have seen Mr.Ulstead P.A.here & I was satisfied when Mrs Lipsky wasn't working.
