I will be going here today if they are open even with the weather. I believe I have a bladder infection. In the past the wait time have been extremely long at times but overall they have been very friendly with me. I expect wait times though to be somewhat long. It seems they are long anywhere anymore. I recently visited and was disappointed with my experience. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, leading to a frustrating encounter. Additionally, the wait times were excessively long, and it appeared that the staff lacked the necessary knowledge to assist anyone efficiently. There was no sense of urgency in addressing our needs, which further added to the dissatisfaction.nI hope that this immediate care can take these points into consideration and work towards improving their service quality, because itu2019s terrible.

Excellent care, great bedside manners, thorough. Sometimes there is a wait, but that's to be expected with quality of care. Dave, Becky, and Alyssa are all wonderful!

Wait times are incredibly long. Front staff is rude and makes fun of patients. I understand long waits when busy but laughing at patients is pretty ridiculous.

I wish zero stars was an option. Waited in a room for 40 minutes and paid $37 for the doctor to tell me to buy some cough medicine. Idiot. Cough medicine isnu2019t going to get me back to work. I couldu2019ve saved $37 and gave better care to myself. Since when did this immediate care turn into a sports clips?
