The clinic has brand new, state of the art equipment! The staff was so helpful! They found that our insurance had discounts for dentistry that no other clinic would entertain. For a family as big as ours it was a real blessing!

I am writing to share my recent experience during my visit. While I have always found the staff, dental assistants, and hygienists to be welcoming and professional, my most recent appointment was unfortunately quite disappointing.nnThis was my first time getting a filling, and I was understandably a bit anxious. However, the dentist did not properly introduce himself, so I wasnu2019t even aware of his name throughout the procedure. Additionally, his demeanor came across as rushed and impatientu2014he seemed frustrated, sighing audibly during the process, which made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy.nnI also struggled to keep my mouth open wide due to the numbing, but rather than receiving any guidance or reassurance, I felt dismissed and judged. Since the appointment, I have been experiencing continuous pain from the filling. The assistant mentioned that if I experienced any throbbing, it could indicate the filling was placed too close to a nerve, and I should come back. However, due to the negative experience, I do not feel comfortable returning.

I had an amazing experience with this facility there were some technical difficulties during my appointment but the staff were amazing and the dental assistant that cleaned my teeth did an amazing job the entire staff were very nice 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

This was my first visit to your office and I can truly say that it was a very pleasant experience even under the circumstance. Immediately walking in the door, the warmth was felt. The young lady at the front desk was the sweetest and I appreciate that. Everyone that I encountered was kind and friendly. It says to me that there are definitely still kindness in the world! Thank you!
