This is my first time visiting an urgent care center. My experience was incredible. Dr. Camille Morales treated me with a smile on her face. She was very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and the staff was very pleasant. Thank you, Dr. Camille. May God continue to bless you.

The staff here is always accommodating, professional and thorough. The facility is always spotless. They saved my husbandu2019s life in December. We appreciate their wisdom, knowledge and attitude.Tasia and Sabrina checked us in with a smile and Zoe recognized us from prior visits. Dr Hareman diagnosed me and gave me the prescription at a reasonable cost that saved me another stop. Fantastic service

An amazing family oriented place. The front desk staff Mrs Lisa and Mrs Tasia makes you feel so welcomed and just so good with the kiddos. Doc Frank Cortese came in and knew right away what the issue was and how to treat it. He was also so great with my babies. I definitely recommend this urgent care. Also Lisa thank you for turning on prime video cause we don't have that oneud83dude02

The whole experience I had last night was very off putting.nnI understand I came in an hour before close, but everyone I dealt with was veryu2026 snarky. I came in for a clogged ear thinking it was impacted and I tried home remedies and the nurse who saw me just came off very demeaning when telling me that she saw in my appointment request I tried home remedies. I then saw an NP, which is fine. But she took one look in my ear and said it was an ear infection. Then she hurriedly left the room. She said she was going to prescribe medication. Did not tell me the dosage or how to take the medication. I did see she put it on my discharge paperwork. It was almost like everyone wanted me out as quick as possible sacrificing bedside manner and quality of care.nnThe real issue I had was hearing everything the nurses and doctors were saying outside my room. I am not sure if they were talking about me or another patient, but I heard the NP say u201cu2026itu2019s probably all in her head or sheu2019s making it up butu2026u201dnnI work in womenu2019s healthcare, and to hear that being said about me or another patient is absolutely absurd. Patients come to get treated, not to be judged. Many patients get seen for conditions that can take years to get diagnosed because their symptoms are not easily found.nnAs healthcare facilities we should always believe the patient. Always.nn**I edited my review after speaking with the office to really only reflect my experience with what I overheard. Although I felt rushed out of the office, some people appreciate that level of efficiency.
