Dr. Deidra Munsantois is fantastic, knowledgeable, caring, & thorough with her processes. We have been coming to her for years. She is truly amazing! Highly recommend her. Also, Marlene at the front desk was so kind & friendly. Makes the whole experience better. Thank you!

We scheduled an appointment at the Towne Lake office but they had to close early. They called to let us know they had an appointment at the same time at the Hwy 92 location. So we drove farther and waited 45 minutes to be seen. Once the doctor came in to see us, she had already diagnosed my daughter without even seeing her. When I asked for an X-ray, I was told no one on staff knows how to use their equipmentu2026. But I could return the following day and pay for another visit and maybe someone would know how to use their equipment. Will never return.

I scheduled an appt for 10am this morning to have my daughter seen at this location. Upon entering the facility the front desk receptionist was extremely rude. We walked up to her to check in and without even greeting us she was immediately defensive stating there was going to be an hour wait due to an emergency. The wait wasn't the problem. It was the way we were greeted by her just automatically assuming we weren't going to be ok with waiting. I understand emergencies happen. I work in healthcare myself but the way she handled the situation was unnecessary and rude. My 15 year old daughter was even offended by her attitude. We ultimately ended up leaving and went somewhere else to seen which has about the same estimated wait but was just handled in a different manner. I will not be returning back to this location after having used this facility on numerous occasions with no problems.

Highly recommend this Urgent Care location. I've been to a few in Woodstock and this is hands down my favorite. Everyone is kind, patient, shows empathy for your problem and they have exceptional bedside manner.nnSpecial thank you to Deidre and the wonderful nurse (whose name I don't recall) for making this visit a pleasant one - despite me not feeling my best!
