This place took FOUR MONTHS before I got my first check, and just because my specialist said I could go back to full duty DOESNT MEAN THAT I CAN. They still owe me money, and my hours have not yet been pushed up even a little. So pay me until my hours are back at what they were. Or pay me for the month of AUGUST you lot never paid. Its sad. This place and the lawyer I retained don't know how to keep in touch either and that's not fair. I would give it zero stars if I could. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Got bills due and they won't even send one or two more checks ud83dude12

Glenda Blackmon and her supervisor Aaron are discussing people. Brentwood services is a joke as a whole. My accident harkened in August and theyu2019re do incompetent that nothing has been done. I have contacted the BBB for weeks. Iu2019ve attempted to contact there cheated office but it seems no one at this company is legitimate. I would give this company a negative 10 if I could

Horrible place. Cannot get workmanu2019s comp checks. They said they were holding the checks until after surgeon visit to see if I was being released. The surgeon said it would be months before I can return to work. Have not received any checks since then. The first three checks that were first sent were sent back to my bank with insufficient funds. Came back out of my account

I am currently getting the run around with my claim. Hamilton County causes damage to my vehicle after just buying it two week prior this incident happened 12/12/23 I am still getting the runaround with my check I have been waiting on this check since 12/28/23! They claim they sent another 1/8/24 still nothing! I asked for the check to get reissued last Monday they claimed I had to wait til 1/22/24 I called on Friday letting them know if my payment is not received in a timely matter I would seek legal counsel well I asked for the tracking still nothing I have informed delivery it telling me about packages and stuff nothing! So today if I donu2019t get a tracking my husband says we will be talking to lawyers! I live in Tennessee and they off is also In Tennessee there is no reason why I havenu2019t received my payment it donu2019t take weeks for the mail!
