I am so impressed with how warm and friendly the staff are here. I had my physical with Dr. Tikhomirova a couple of weeks ago. I have been seeing her for years, and I'm always so happy with the care I receive. All the techs I met were so thorough and lovely, and Dr. T is so kind and takes so much time to explain things.

A couple months ago, I was scheduled for my physical exam but rather than my regular doctor (due to scheduling issues) a different physician came in to give me my annual physical. This physician was so unprofessional as she came into my exam room and rather than introducing herself, she started the appointment stating that she doesnu2019t prescribe a medication I take for anxiety. Even after I said hello, she repeated her statement about she doesnu2019t prescribe this medication. Even though this appointment was for a physical exam, she didnu2019t do more than a routine office visit. There was no EKG, blood work, NOTHING MORE THAN A ROUTINE OFFICE VISITu2026 At the end of the appointment, I was quite upset and made sure with the exit office personnel, that I would never see this physician ever again.

Did blood work 21 days ago and after a week I didn't hear anything so I called and they told me they were going to prescribe another medicine and follow up. Waited another week and didn't hear anything so i called again. Was told again they will follow up. Next Tuesday will be a week since that call and 25 days since the initial blood work. It was much better when it was Danbury Medical Group. Thankfully I am rather healthy and still younger otherwise I may be dead by now waiting for the follow up!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I've been seeing Dr. Phillip for about 5 years maybe longer. When I switched to her I was thankful they were not part of a large group. She was very attentive and responsive. I would get a full physical including EKG and bloodwork. I could talk to her about anything.nNow if I ask questions or advise there is an additional charge and there is no EKG with a yearly physical. So they don't even check for any heart issues.nPro Health has literally destroyed the integrity of this group.nI can't reach my dr for anything. There is no call backs. I was sick a few weeks ago and was told they don't see sick patients and to go to the walk-in or ER. I am sick over this whole system. I don't understand how they can stay in business. All these awful reviews and yet they don't try to improve their service.nCan someone please tell me the purpose of a PCP?
