I had an eye injury emergency and when arriving the receptionist was so kind and helpful seeing I was in pain and unable to complete my form. She was DEFINATLY what customer service is all about!!! Then when brought into the exam room the medical assistant was also very kind , sympathetic , and profession while taking my vital signs and information she too saw how much pain I was experiencing and was comforting . Dr Vellette was so sweet and thorough. She made sure I was comfortable and assured me that she would make my exam as quickly and comfortable as possible. Though she was concerned because the office isnu2019t set up with the proper eye equipment as an eye dr office have , she wanted me to get a follow up as soon as possible . She did prescribe me eye drops that got me through the night and the instructions she told me did help a lot.Even though it was almost closing time I was not rushed and was seen in a timely manner. Thank you all!!! You all are a wonderful practice and if needed I would return again!

Bright, clean office upon entry. Check in by phone, suggest you do the paperwork ahead of time if possible.nnNurse was great, took her time and was very attentive during triage.nnI was seen by an aprn, I believe, and he was awesome. Listened, offered options, and made sure I understood his diagnosis.nnMeds administered for a bacterial infection, and I'm on my way to recovering.

I would highly recommend Convenient MD urgent care for future visits . They were very professional not to mention receptionist was very kind and helpful filling out paperwork , doctors were very caring in the situation my wife had with burns . And the results from labs came back quickly and they returned phone calls with results , sometimes you canu2019t get that kind of service from a regular hospital . Great job to everyone at the North Andover urgent care facility ! Thanks again ! Five star operation .

Visited ConvenientMD over the weekend after my 4yo woke up in the middle of the night with an earache. Really liked that I could book the appointment, complete the u201cpaperworku201d, and complete the check-in process from my phone. The waiting room was clean and inviting, and everyone there (from front-desk, to nurses, to doctors) was pleasant and personable. Plus, they all went out of their way to make my daughter feel safe and welcome, and told her they were would help heru2026 all things we adults might take for granted, but they made a world of difference for a little girl who was in pain. Thank you!

I love this clinic never had any problems and nurses are very nice .I took my autism granddaughter there when she was sick and she never let anybody take her blood pressure she always was so scared of it but the nurses and doctors there were very gentle with her and now she lets them take it.Convenient Urgent Care is a clinic I will always go to and I differently recommend to anybody if the are looking for a checkup.it is so clean and well taking care of.
