Everyone is fantastic! They worked to find an opening on the same day and I saw Aaron Doss. I cannot say enough good things. Professional, courteous, and competent. Wait time was minimal, he explained things and answered all my questions. He gives me faith that there are still great medical professionals out there. NWO treated me like I was their most important patient. Iu2019m sure others feel the same way. Each person I worked with was friendly and very helpful. Dr. Nye took the time to explain everything to both my wife and me. Iu2019d recommend them to anyone with joint pain and other issues.

Went in uninsured with a fractured kneecap after urgent care recommended them to get help. Paid 200$ out of pocket up front or no treatment for xrays that said nothing doctors note and knee brace recommendation. Go to get it from staff they say itll be another $400 for what i need to heal. I was recommended a cheap one on amazon same type for $30 by an understanding employee who was aware of the financial issues with this company.nThe staff doctors/physical therapists all seemed very kind and supportive.nnThe Financial department will hunt you down months later because you didnt cancel a follow up appointment that would probably cost $200 more dollars without insurance and then they will charge you $80+ for not showing up for a routine checkup a month later after not providing you treatment or the tools needed for treatment.nYet their doctors according to other 1 star reviews did this to many people multiple times without having to pay those clients for their time? Let alone fine the doctors for not informing on changes in plans.nWhat hypocrisy and greed!nnI didnu2019t show up for another checkup due to chronic pain and limited mobility including a bad taste in my mouth trying to leave with a brace to help me the doctor said I would be provided which led me to steer clear of this company after my first visit when they robbed me for my misfortune.nnMy knee is finally healing with the mud and sticks i used to repair it for free.nLike most third world countries would recommend.nnGreedy evil and corrupt financial department.

I have had several surgeries at NWO. the most recent was a knee replacement. The staff and PT services are all so nice to work with and they provide excellent care! Dr. Brian and Julie do a great job! I would recommended them to anyone!
