I recently had an appointment with Dr. Brown, and I must say, she made the experience very pleasant. She listened to my worries about my back and took the time to explain what the possible causes could be. I've never seen a doctor who informs their patients so thoroughly and listens so attentively. I felt so informed and well taken care of! Dr. Brown probably has the best bedside manner I have ever seen. I always choose this clinic when I need immediate relief, and it's usually because, from beginning to end, the staff at the desk, the medical assistant, and particularly Dr. Brown are incredible!

I went here for a physical and tb test to start my new job. There wasn't a wait. The staff was friendly. The doctor's assistant was so nice and the doc herself was great. I would definitely return in the future if need be. Thank you so much. I highly recommend this place.

I have been here multiple times for myself and my children. Each experience has been fine. Today I brought my daughter in March 8th 2025 and the doctor or NP was absolutely horrible. We had been waiting about 35minutes in the room. She entered did not introduce herself and immediately began yelling at me. She asked why would I bring my child to the immediate care for the concern I was having. Why would I waste her time and not take my child to her pediatrician. What do I want her to do? This behavior and demeanor is completely unacceptable. I left immediately because how are you a health care provider and this is how you treat patients? I am beyond disgusted that grown adult women acted like this. I will continue to pursue this complaint until this Healthcare professional is given a lesson on professionalism. This is not how you treat clients or concerned parents. This is absolutely the worse treatment I HAVE EVER encountered. The fact that it was in a clinic is even worse.*EDITI called the clinic when I left to get the providers call, I believe they screened my call and hung up on me 3times. I was able to get an answer when I called from another number I was informed the providers name was Jocelyn, but was informed they could not and do not give out providers last names.

Recently went in because I thought I had a regular cold but over the counter medication was not helping. So I was checked quickly and given antibiotics and medication to help with symptoms. Dr. Brown was very attentive and informative. She not only helped with my medical needs but also gave me information about insurance assistance. She even took the time to give me a phone call back which shows how much she cares about her patients. Thank you !

Horrible, horrible service or shall I say NO SERVICE!! When you sign in no one said anything. After they finally call you to the window ask for your id, insurance they ask you to fill out paperwork. On this paperwork is where you write your reason for your visit so at this point before taking a payment they could tell you that they are unable to provide the services you will require. Instead they take your payment. The Dr an African American female Dr I can't remember her name because she barely gave it when she entered the room. The Dr had her back to the patient the entire time and was writing on a scrap sheet of paper of his concerns. To tell us they can't do anything for him he needs to go to the emergency room. I ask the Dr you are not going to exam him at all? I paid for you to examine my son and yet you did nothing!! She didn't attempt to help us at all. The Dr stood up opened the door and walked out! The Dr didn't say she hopes my child feels better nothing! She walks to the front office and I hear her talking about all I'm worried about is the payment they took. At this moment I had to let them know it's not only the payment I gave for nothing in return but the way they treat their patients is unacceptable. If I could dispute the charges I would! The emergency staff said that this is happening more often.Help me understand the purpose of being a immediate care if you are not going to help !
