I had the worst experience here. Not only did they dismiss my symptoms by stating they could only handle u201cone issue at a timeu201d but they also never contacted me about my test results. Now I am being harassed by their billing company who claim I owe money because the last payment I made isnu2019t showing up on my account. Even though I have forwarded the receipt they continue to text, call, and mail me bills. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This was my 2nd visit to any Urgent Care and they have set the standard high. I appreciate the timely and professional care from the staff. I was seen by PA Sarah and she examined my eye and listened to my concerns and had meds called into my pharmacy within the hour. Being afull-time caregiver to my parents, my time is limited, my primary office kept me on hold for several minutes. This Urgent care will be my go to location. Thank you everyone,

The staff are excellent, caring, knowledgeable, with the exception of the gatekeeper behind the counter. The one other critique I have is the checkout process, they don't give you any paperwork, nothing saying what your treatment, no written instructions. I am completely dependent on my memory of a stressful visit.nnJust saying, its best practice to write this stuff down for people.
