My experience at this urgent care was wonderful. The doctor and nurses were amazing! I came in feeling defeated after being repeatedly ignored and unheard by my Corewell doctors over in Grand Rapids where I currently reside. I am visiting family here in Royal Oak and decided to come into urgent care to see if they could offer me any relief regarding my medical concern. They were attentive, kind and truly cared about what was going on. They gave me the answers and proper care I needed. Truly grateful.

Had the best experience at their urgent care in downtown Royal Oak! I just needed to get an EKG for clearance for a procedure and even though they donu2019t normally do that, they made an effort to help me out. Everyone there was so Nice and friendly! I will definitely be going back.

Just an awesome experience in an unfortunate situation. I stepped on a piece of glass and couldnu2019t remove it at home. I went in thinking I would be there for several hours. The check in was seamless. The wait time was nonexistent. The nurse and the doctor were wonderful. The doctor was very much concerned with keeping me comfortable and making sure I was not in any more pain than that which would normally coincide with the situation. The young lady at the front desk was personable and efficient. The only downside was the woman at the desk in the back who appeared irritated that I was there after the time that she was supposed to end her shift. She was not personable or friendly. She left me wondering why she even opted for a career in the care field. All in all, this is the very best urgent care I have ever attended!

I just enjoyed my second visit at Corewell Urgent Care. This is not a joke no one enjoys going to Urgent Care unless James Wood is on staff along with the entire team from checking in to checking out. Everyone was an expert at there assignment. I had stitches and x-rays. They turned a bad situation into a great situation by the way I was handled by all. I thank the staff and James Wood for their expertise.
