Made an appointment this morning via online, which was super easy due to having dizziness and an ear infection. When I arrived, the receptionist was super nice. I previously did everything u00a0online prior to the visit, which made it even easier. My wait time was less than 5 minutes! The Nurse I had was exceptionally nice and funny and Megan Garner PA-C was suburb! She knows her stuff and sheu2019s easy to talk to and very sweet! Would highly recommend!

Woke up feeling pretty bad, felt like it was a sinus infection. Driving from Nashville to Cincy for my nieceu2019s college graduation. Weu2019d been to AFCs in Cullman, AL and PCB, FL so we had reasonable expectations that this would be a good visit.nAbsolutely perfect visit in every way possible. Online check-in was a breeze. When I got there the receptionist (who was also the nurse) was awesome, found me a pharmacy, engaged in small talk, assessed my condition. Got to the exam room, got my vitals taken and more Q&A about my symptoms. Literally 30 seconds later the Dr comes in. Smile on her face, pleasant, greeting me. We talked small talk for a few minutes then got down to business about my symptoms (confirmed sinus infection). She asked my choices on treatment and then went to do my paperwork. Nurse came back, gave me a shot and I was ready to go.nAs I was leaving both of them made a point to say bye and have a great weekend, good luck to my niece, etc.nOutstanding visit. Wish those 2 were my primary providers back home.nGreat job AFC, give both of these professionals a raise!

Had an issue when I woke up this morning, but had to work before I could pursue treatment. Evening availability and proximity to home & work were very helpful. Spacious clean waiting room. Friendly desk staff and medical staff. Issue was addressed, diagnostics were performed, and appropriate medication, education, and recovery tips were provided in a timely fashion. Gave me some relief physically and mentally.

The place is very clean, but itu2019s been an issue both times I came to AFC with staffing. The first time was when I fell off an ATV back in September & needed an X-ray and this urgent care has an X-ray machine. Got there & they told me the X-ray person wasnu2019t there & to come back tomorrow. Then this month in March I believe I had an allergic reaction to something & got there & was told no doctors were in the building & they are all in West Chester & they would see me through tele health. The receptionist had reached out to someone because she stated since they would actually have to physically see my arm & touch it they might not see me. Itu2019s was a waste of time & gas. Went to another Urgent Care & walked right in, was seen & given a prescription with no problem at all.

I saw the nurse practitioner Cynthia. She went above and beyond for me. She truly listened to my concerns and what was going on with my son. I had taken him to his pediatrician and to Childrenu2019s ER and they werenu2019t listening to me. We ended up back in Childrenu2019s due to Cynthiau2018s recommendation for him to get another IV of fluids. I really just donu2019t know what the outcome would have been if it wasnu2019t for her and her listening to me of what was going on with him.. I highly recommend her!!! The establishment itself was clean, and the staff was friendly. Would definitely use them again if need be.
