I have been to this urgent care numerous times. Iu2019ve always gotten good courteous care. I have seen both physicians and nurse practitioners all who seemed concerned and were proactive with whatever issues Iu2019ve come with.. I would recommend this center for anyone needing care outside the hours of your primary care physician.

My grandmother was trying to get her stat test results that she went into urgent care for at 2 PM. They said she would have the results at 3 pm. At 7:15 PM, after my grandma called them numerous times, they finally called the testing location to try to get the results they ordered. When my grandmother called back at 7:45 still not having the results the woman said they wouldnu2019t have them tonight, even though it had been 5+ hours. Then, the woman hung up on my grandmother and told her they close at 8. If you need answers do not go here!!!! There are other urgent care centers around. So rude!!!!nnEdit: the owner and doctor called my grandmother and spoke to her for twenty minutes about what they have done to rectify the situation, including notifying staff and reaffirming protocols. Thank you so much to the owner for caring about patients and the feedback provided. My grandmother will be happy to return in the future. It is so nice to know owners still care about their place or business and the people who use it. Your concerns will be addressed here!

I have had to go to this Urgent Care multiple times for myself and my children. We have had a great experience every time. There has never been a long wait, they are very friendly and easy to talk to and get us in and out quickly. All of the doctors/NP's have been very professional as well. Highly recommend!

My mom had an appointment this morning and said the facility was very clean and the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. She made her appointment online and was seen quickly. Her nurse Dixie was extremely helpful and administered her shot, she said she didn't feel a thing! Very professional and knowledgeable. She said she actually enjoyed her visit! Thanks to everyone who helped my mom out today!
