Security is rude and unprofessional. I left before getting a name but an older male that worked morning shift 8/2/2024! I am a new team member and usually is remote but due to technical issues I was told to go on site until itu2019s fixed. I do not have a budge so I paged security and told him my situation and was granted entry the 1st time. I left the department to visit the IT department regarding my computer issue, got it fixed. I proceed to go back to my department to gather my things. I buzzed security for the 2nd time to let me in to do so. He sighed so loud in the speaker with other smart comments as if I was bothering him. Very very unacceptable!

So big for no reason, like a ghost town there. Had to go for a class, hand drawn maps all over for signage and still couldn't figure out where to go, no one there to ask.nBadge didn't work on any doors, need to use main entrance handicap button to get in.

I was impressed with the entire Vaccination process. It was run smoothly and in a timely fashion by a number of people. Everyone involved was friendly, but professional. During the 15 minute observation period, information was projected on a large screen. Our final step was to make an appointment for the 2nd Vaccination. I was in and out in 35 minutes. The facility, itself, was beautiful and clean. All safety rules were in place.

I Went there for Covid vaccinations #1 & #2 Very well staffed. Extremely efficient. All the workers had a Professional and cheerful attitude. I felt safe and comfortable. Many patients required wheel chairs or walkers. There was adequate parking and manual access at the entrances doors to accommodate our needs.
