Nobody waiting! Sent in room for the longest time!!! Been having nose bleed for 2days!! Waited in the exam room for 25 minutes! He came in explained I've had nose bleed for 2days!!! He said I'd have to go to E.R.! Gee thanks for making me wait! Called my insurance company and filed a complaint!!! HE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE ME WAIT FOR 25MIN! AND TOLDE HE COULDN'T DO ANYTHING! SO WHAY DID HE CHARGE MY INSURANCE!!! A.HOLE!!!!! LOSER OLD MAN!!!!!

Worst customer service from doctor Wu and the front desk staff. The front desk girls were chatting did not care to talk to you.nI got a bad injury on fingers and got first aid tratment from a nurse friend, then visited this place.nWthout seeing the reviews, the Horrible mistake I made.nDoctor did not even apply the anti biotic oninment on the would, just put gauze around it . Doctor stayed in aroom for 3 minutes and left. My friend nurse did better job than doctor wu.nAsked me to go find xray office because they did not have xray technition on Sunday.nWasted my time and money.nGo other place, and save yoursrlf.
