The front desk staff is very rude. Although the receptionist is bilingual, she consistently has a poor attitude and lacks professionalism. I initially thought it was just my experience over the phone, but my husband encountered the same behavior in person at the office.nWe will definitely be switching to a different doctoru2019s office.nWe are paying is not free!

I absolutely love this practice!! Dr. Germaine is so kind and knowledgeable. He truly cares for his patients and it shows. The medical assistants and other staff are also wonderful! I couldnu2019t be happier with Lara Medical and the great customer service I have received!

This place is completely ridiculous. They don't keep correct files . They don't take accountability of the actions. They turn sick patients away. They turn patients away they don't need to be seen every 6 months. . Why is it a bad thing not to see a doctor in a year. Sorry you can't keep cha chinging on my account but I co.w in when I need to . They fill you blood pressure med for a year and half no problem but you ask for 1 more month because you are out it's a no and they can get you in untill July. Unbelievable. I wish more people would stop going there . Mistreatment of patients and their records. The nurses are rude. The doctor doesn't care.

Was referred by a friend to Lara medical and was not disappointed From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. I have seen several doctors and usually feel as if I am being rushed out of the office. Not with this office!! The compassion and professionalism is what we need more of here in Ocala. Would highly recommend if you are looking for new provider.

Dr Lara does not take patients! I made him my PC, had 4 visits and never met the man. I highly recommend staying AWAY from this Dr . POGIATZIS. From the first visit I had a terrible experience. Not only does this doctor not listen, he lacks empathy and doesnu2019t work with you - patient centered approach doesnu2019t exist with him. He cuts you off while speaking and tells you what he is going to do without any consideration. I was asked about pain concerns and when I disclosed my issues he told me u201cwell, I canu2019t really help you with thatu201d. Iu2019m having issues with swollen lymph nodes yet the u201cdoctoru201d ordered an xray??? That tested for fracturesu2026..for my lymph nodes?? Worst of all, my patient chart on the portal has a huge list of stuff he supposedly went over and recommended when he NEVER did!!!! Trying to save face while putting in no real effort is wild to me.
