Went today (Saturday) around 11pm for a drug test/ DOT physical. Only 5 people ahead of me, and I was there maybe 1.5-2 hours. Every employee that I interacted and/or observed was friendly & professional. The examiner I had did a hernia check where I had to drop my pants and get karate chopped on my pelvis; no big deal, just never had that done before. Better experience than expected.

The worst place ever! I would be embarrassed if I was the manager. Long waiting times. Then it was lunch and the employees were eating lunch while the patients were waiting. Wow! It would have been respectable to let us know it was lunch time and come back at a certain time. Then there was one employee who kept staring at me for an hour then I finally spoke up and said, are you going to do my test? He said, why didnu2019t you speak up? Well the sign says, wait to be calledu201d I will be submitting a grievance.

I got injured on 09/ 08/ 2024 all I got so far is x ray and MRI Done And so far nothing has been done to my knee they give me three days a week physical therapy people are nice in there but they just tell you to do 10 minutes here 10 minutes there and that's it. Very disappointed. A bout the whole process and now i have been seeing by doctor Greenfield. And same thing just ask me how I'm doing and that's it nothing has been done to my knee after 90 days. Just very disappointed and still in pain..

The staff is nice enough but service is very slow. You will sit in the exam rooms for 1 hour before a doctor comes in to see you. I use the term doctor loosely.nThe physical therapy PT equipment is old and dirty. They never wipe down the equipment after use so the handles are all greasy and some downright nasty. Wear gloves if you attend.nThe general appearance of the interior is dirty and worn and is in desperate need of improvement.nThis is also a bad neighborhood. I highly highly recommend traveling further to a nicer neighborhood if you can.nOh yes, did I mention how slow they are? It's usually another 30 to 45 minutes waiting for them to check you out. Bring a book. Average visits for me was 2 to 2.5 hours.

I work for QuikTrip, I just had a head injury and the location they had me going was at MBI, they treated me like family right when I stepped in, nurse Glenda was very pleasant, nurturing, and friendly, she introduced me to Dr. Edgar Cornejo right away gave me a warm welcome treating my injury with care and professionalism it made me feel like part of the family. Lastly the clerk Karla was very friendly as well and very insightful with the information she provided me. I highly recommend this place, and if you stumble upon these wonderful people Iu2019m pretty sure youu2019ll have the same experience!
