When i went there one time before, the staff were great. Thus time, the front desk staff were chatting with each other and didn't even look up to acknowledge me standing there. Even if they were discussing business, one of them should have least said hello and say they would be right with me. It was for an unnecessarily long time. After they started registering me, one of the girls from behind the receptionist was friendly.nnThe person taking my sample was borderline unfriendly and seemed to be in a mood. I don't expect people to be super friendly, but at least smile and be welcoming. Maybe they were all having a bad day but customer service has to be a priority.

Staff was kind, but everything moves way too slowly. I arrived before the doors opened at 8AM for a physical and didn't get done until 1:40PM. If they offered appointments for physicals it could significantly cut down on the time taken, but they don't. Don't come here if the need is urgent.

I took my four year old daughter here on Friday the 7th around 3:45 pm because she has been battling a fever for almost 5 days on and off. The lady at the front desk seemed like she didnu2019t know how to handle our insurance situation due to us being a military family but we still had faith. The assistant was great but once it got to the Dr. it went downhill. She wouldnu2019t run any tests and said we needed to go to the emergency room so we did only to find out that she had the flu. The staff at the emergency room agreed with my suspicions that we were sent away because the Dr on shift wanted to make sure she was out of there by five. This isnu2019t where it ends though! They did absolutely nothing to help my sick four year old and sent us away only to send us a bill in the mail for 165 dollars. Which our insurance does cover anyway it just was not run through correctly. Iu2019m so disappointed in the lack of care that this medical facility displayed. I could never recommend this place and we will never be back. Please donu2019t come to this facility especially if you are military or want help for a sick child. They could care less.

Front desk staff are nice and respectful, but the employee responsible for doing the DOT drug test goes above the rules and bothers with unnecessary stress. Honestly, I won't come back or recommend this place to anyone for any service related to CDL.

Absolutely recommend the Mechanicsburg location for Concentra. Been there multiple times for work now and each experience is better than the last. Staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Check in is quick and easy with reasonable wait times. One provider, Cortney is a prime example of the level of care provided. She listened, offered feedback and threw in a few laughs in the process. Overall great place to go if you want providers who donu2019t see you as just another patient.
