Customer service was awesome from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist was very friendly. Thorough answered all my questions and walked me through what I needed to do when I went to the back the check was friendly awesome very cordial. Lots of receptionist was told me what I needed to do. Answer questions I have because Iu2019ve never done this before And was .very friendly. I actually wouldnu2019t mind having a job there. Thank you for your awesome customer service!

My visit was ok. Upon arrival and check in, was told it was a 3hr wait for the Dot physical, but ended up only being 2hrs. Once I was called back, the whole ordeal went very quickly and professionally. The ladies at front desk were very friendly and courteous.

Never in my life have I visited a medical office with such pleasantries from EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE! NEVER! I left with true amazement! Fast, efficient, and courteous is hard to find in any business; but to find it in USA healthcare is freaking top tier! Tuskegee Drive staff rocks! I left feeling as if I received a report that I beat cancer or something. Thatu2019s how jubilent I felt upon exiting the facility. I was only there for my DOT Physical and drug screen. I was a nurse for 10 years and have never had the pleasure of working with a staff like this. Iu2019m shooketh to my core! You all gave me a little bit of hope for the future of mankind today. Take a bow Ladies and Gentleman. Ya deserve it! Chefu2019s kiss baby!!!

When I entered they said it would be a two hour wait until I would be able to be seen. I let my bosses know because it would prevent me from coming back to work that day, and when my managers called Concentra to ask why there was a wait when I had an appointment they said I was confused and assured them my appointment was two hours long. When they got off the phone the supervisor said to the receptionist to stop telling people it would be two hours and to lie that it was a 30 minute wait. I then waited for 2 hours in the waiting room for them to tell me they wouldnu2019t treat me because I hadnu2019t had my physical yet this year with them (I had it last year with them in August). When I asked to speak to a doctor he was very condescending and rude. He repeatedly said u201csorry sweetie, thereu2019s nothing I can do.u201d And told me I needed to make another appointment if I wanted to come back. They are incompetent and inconsistent. I have been going there for the past 2 years for the same test and Iu2019ve NEVER been treated so poorly as I had been this past time. If you need help, I recommend going to Facebook and having your aunt diagnose you with web MD first. Itu2019s definitely faster and will get you better results than going to Concentra.
