My wife made an appointment at 10am and the lady that was supposed to be here at work was not here! The employees at the mail service said she would be coming in late due to ger having to go to an appointment! Very unprofessional. Why make an appointment and drive almost 2 hours away to get here and nobody is here on time to receive you when you arrive?

The instructions were clear in the email yet it was confusing to find because the office is inside the mail building.Service was stellar and quick, I couldn't recommend this any more highly. We have had prearranged appointments but arrived earlier than our scheduled time. Still, we waited only 10 minutes before processing and were out of the office long before we were due to go in. Lively people, polite and good sense of humor.

Came from Texas to do our TSA Pre-check, and everyone was so nice and helpful here. We were in and out in about 10-15 minutes. Clean place, super sweet employees, and they offer so many services.

When I thought background check, I figured I would be in here all day! However, even without scheduling an appointment, the ladies who work here were incredibly diligent and friendly towards my needs and the wait time was minimal. Not 100% sure all of the services they offer here, but atleast my experience was amazing and would recommend this location to anyone needing a similar service to what I did.

I tried getting my fingerprints done here as part of a healthcare licensing application. Their website wasn't clear and apparently they can't do it. Their hours listed online aren't correct. They don't have a local phone number listed.Avoid this place. You'd do better driving to Lubbock to get the same services they offer.
