walked in.. 2 people waiting.. asked what the wait time was and if they could provide xray and wound treatment.. the barely english speaking receptionist canned responses were 'fill out form and I need your health insurance card first.. I cannot answer questions...'ncould use a remodel - dated interior and furnishings..nand who would wait for an unknown period of time for unclear services availability...njust leave.... it's quicker...

On October 13 2018 I went to the Urgent care the receptionist was very disrespectful I've been coming here for one year she says I did not have coverage and I could not see the doctor today I told her I do have covered that I haven't received my new card in the mail she says I cannot be seen by the doctor today I did get upset instead of trying to help me and call blue cross she Started swearing at me that was very unprofessional and disrespectful I am a 65 year old person I have never had a receptionist talk to me like that in my lifetime As far as the doctors they are very nice and very helpful I finally said how much would it cost me to see the doctor and she said a $100 which she never told me until I asked her instead of Arguing I pay the 100 dollars I fell that they should get some better help in the front Expresly that receptionists that was working that day
