Amazing experience today 4/11/25. I have the worst case of sinusitis and my primary care was just not getting it. I walked in early afternoon and I checked in right away with Jeannine who was extremely pleasant, polite, she could see I was very sick. She processed my paperwork and insurance within minutes. She was so nice and very accommodating. Thank you for making me feel welcomed and relieving my anxiety. I truly appreciated and needed that Jeannine. I waited tops 10 minutes and I was called. A young woman took my vitals and within minutes, I saw Natasha Almeida PA, PASUP. She was also very kind and listened to everything I said. She answered my questions, she was very thorough. I have a phobia about going to the doctors and she made this an amazing experience. She diagnosed my acute sinusitis and sent over my prescriptions to my pharmacy very quickly. I was in and out within 35 minutes. I expressed my concerns about my new current primary care as my primary care of over 25 years retired last summer. She gave me a two page list of primary care doctors that I can contact. She went above and beyond for me and had never met me before and she took the time to diagnose me properly and totally eased my mind. My prescriptions were already filled by my pharmacy. I had a text from them when I reached the car. Thank you so much from Jeannine to Natasha Almeida, PA for the outstanding medical care and compassion that was given to me today. I strongly recommend Arches Medical Smithfield Urgent Care to anyone who needs these services. Thank you for the tremendous care.

If you are in need of medical Care make sure you go somewhere ,else. After being told by a PA that I needed an x-ray for my hand, possibly broken, they said they don't have anyone to do this, short staffed, FYI they also do not have a lab tech to draw blood. Sent me to another Urgent Care for the test, THEY do not do X-rays on Friday, they sent me to RIMI, x-ray done. FIVE days later still have not received the results, if its broken I was told to go to Ortho RI, still waiting. Cannot reach RIMI, Urgent Care continues to say not back yet, this is unacceptable. Beyond Frustrated!!!

For somewhere that you could just walk in without an appointment, they did a fine job. I did have to wait a couple hours, but what the do you expect everyone has the flu the place was busy itu2019s walk-in. The people that helped me were all very nice and they did what they could with a couple basic test people gotta remember this is not your primary care doctor. Itu2019s just a walk-in clinic. Theyu2019re doing the best they can. Thank you

I always give a place a chance, even if it has low reviews. Today, I was wrong. I came in with a sliced opened finger from my job that was squirting blood. I came here because it was a 4 min drive from my job. While in my uniform, they would not take my workers comp or the VA card and turned me away unless I would pay $165 after having my stand at the desk for about 20 mins. I wish I could give 0 but I guess the 1 star would be that they gave me a recommendation on where I could drive that would actually help.

Had major back pain! Worker Brett was very rude and unprofessional ! Made me feel like Iike i was there for pain pills. Brett did nothing for me. Thanks Brett. Now I just got a bill in mail $244.04. Great place let me tell you!!
