Caring, organized, efficient and professional. The group of women at this Urgent Care are truly amazing. I came in with horrible food poisoning after visiting another urgent care that was not able to give me an IV. They had suggested that I go to the ER. Fortunately, someone working there knew that Morgan at Woonsocket Urgent Care was working and sent me there. Within less than ten minutes of arriving, I was resting comfortably with an IV hookup and getting the fluids that I desperately needed. She managed to get the IV in on the first try, which is very challenging with my veins (they are tiny, deep and roll--most places take 3-5 tries before getting it right). I was checked on several times and given all around excellent care.

Absolutely worst place ever!!! You wait at least an hour, sometimes more and the 'doctors' dont have a clue what they're doing. If you can actually see a doctor that is. Past couple of times it's been a nurse practitioner only. First time she told me 'Well, you look like you have fluid behind the ears (went in for an ear infection) but doctors can't *actually* say ears are infected. What?!?! Second time I went in complaining of severe pain in my hip bone. They said That's really concerning that your entire leg is numb and tingling. You should get that checked out. WORST. PLACE. EVER!

I was so happy I came here! The Nurse Practioner was fantastic. I was there last week and needed to ask a question today and got to speak to her again. The assistant at check-in was very good as well. I didn't wait long but as with walk-ins anywhere, I do expect to wait for my turn which was very quick. I would recommend this urgent care and I would go back. Thank you

I love this ER except when Leslie, the RN is covering. If I remember back to last year Iu2019m pretty sure she told me her degree was in Dermatology. Last year she gave me steroids and didnu2019t do a chest X-ray I couldnu2019t stop coughing no exaggeration. A few days later went to Cumberland because of no improvement and I work in a profession where the air quality was aggravating the symptoms . I was in bad shape and the professional several days later jumped on a X-ray to make sure I didnt have pneumonia and sent me home with antiobiotics. I then had to follow up with a pulmonologist who put me on more antiobiotics, steroids the works for another 21 days and I just think how the duration of this illness and the severity could have been minimized if I Leslie isnu2019t so hell bent on thinking no need for an antiobiotics or X-rays. It was my sinuses not my lungs...If you been sick over 10 days itu2019s time to consider an X-ray or antiobiotics. No one can function ongoing being really sick for half a month or in my case over a month. Today a workers comp injury and I was shocked and knew I was in the wrong place when Leslie walked in. Iu2019ll get to the point.... yelled at me 1. she has other patients when I called for clarification on the paperwork2. Prescribed scripts I didnu2019t even know about until I was already home and CVS text me they were ready and was plain rude saying u201cIt doesnu2019t matter to me when you come in for re-evaluationu201d but itu2019s significant if you directions are unclear on forms with restricted work, return to work and re-examine all the same date. I told her my job responsibilities and she thank she told me it was an administrative decision rather than clarifying on the form a day out before I could get into my orthopedic the following day. Leslie almost redeemed herself for a second but my call back after I left reminded and reinforced that she is arrogant and you wonu2019t receive adequate care and God forbid you question her her patronizing poor people skills come out. I hope to find who I need to tell because this woman ruins this urgent care in my opinion and I promise myself I will always call first to check if she is working and go elsewhere. You shouldnu2019t raise your voice and talk down to someone telling them you have other patients because they need to understand your orders on paperwork. I wonder why she is working in her Dermatology field? Iu2019d give this place 5 stars if not for her....Iu2019ve been going for longer than I can remember. Worst addition! Terrible bedside manner! She order X-rays thank goodness and got the glass out I fortunately Iu2019m home home without my antibiotic for the laceration because I left without knowing it was prescribed. Iu2019ll get it tomorrow but how bad is that!? Did they forget my discard papers ...only got my information copies of my laceration and u201ccontusion u201c from my fall didnu2019t mention my nerve pain or heaviness and numbness.... thanks Leslie Iu2019ll go see a PHD now

I visited that clinic at the advise of thundermist walk-in because they thought I would need an X-ray. I went there in severe shoulder pain that radiated down my arm to my hand the pain level 10 or greater. I didn't need an xray she prescribed naproxen and another muscle relaxer. I have been home for about 4 hours and I am still in so much pain. The problem now is every doctor you go to thinks every one walking in the door is a drug addict looking for pain meds. I am not a drug addict and I will be damn if I am going to be treated like one. The meds are not working so i get to sit here in severe pain and not get sleep again tonight. I am getting on the horn to my insurance company and telling them that this was a waste of money. Naproxen can take up to a week to start to work. I am off to the emergency room I can't take the pain. I won't go there any more remember doctors you started this drug problem we have going on. Thanks for nothing. I am hoping the insurance company hears what i say and pays them 1/2 of what they would have gotten. I would like them to get nothing. Don't go there if your looking to feel better until you can get to your primary doctor. I know I could get in to mine tomorrow. I will also post this to Facebook it needs to be told. Just need to be told no one should be left in pain nor should a doctor judge a patient .
