In the emergency room, Joseph made the wait feel short and bearableu2014his constant attention and kindness helped ease the physical pain I was experiencing and brought me a sense of peace during a difficult moment.nnEvery nurse, doctor, and team member who performed tests to reach a diagnosis did so with the utmost professionalism and care. Once I was admitted and moved to my room, I was blessed with a group of extraordinary nursesu2014Manuela, Nikole, and othersu2014who treated me with so much tenderness and dedication. There was also a lovely nurse from Venezuela whose name I sadly canu2019t remember, but she was truly an angel. In fact, there were many incredible nurses throughout my stay whose names I may not recall, but each one of them left a lasting impression on my heart. I donu2019t want to diminish anyoneu2019s roleu2014they were all exceptional.nnMy discharge process was smooth and uplifting, and I left the hospital feeling cared for, respected, and deeply grateful. Although my mother has since passed, she spent two weeks at Orlando Health, and I cannot say enough about the incredible care she received. The hospital staff was top of the lineu2014compassionate, attentive, and highly informative. Their bedside manner was exceptional, making a difficult time much more manageable for both my mom and our family.nnWhile the first hospital room she was placed in was small and a bit run-down, it was clear that they are actively working on improvements. Despite ongoing construction, the hospital maintained a smooth and efficient operation.nnOne of the standout aspects of our experience was the MyChart system. It provided a seamless way to communicate with nurses and doctors, keeping us well-informed and engaged in her care.nnOverall, I deeply appreciate the dedication and professionalism of the Orlando Health team. I have been admitted to Orlando health since May 10th I was treated very quickly . I have been on the 4th floor neuro since. I have to say the stay have been so nice very respectful and sincere I truly do love them all . I had a very important day of my life which was May 17th I was suppose to run the purple run but I couldnu2019t because of my situation but let me tell you the staff made me feel like I really ran the 5k they cheered me on helped me lift my spirit up so high and thank you so much as a lupus fighter everything counts . Iu2019m a TikTok creator and I know I couldnu2019t tag these beautiful people but they need to be recognized for their dedication they have done so far to keep my spirit and faith up . Let start with Mr Dr Coni u2026 this Dr has been very transparent with me and doesnu2019t make me feel like Iu2019m just another number on his belt . He explained all meds what it can do and how can we come to a conclusion to not make me get use to something I can get addicted to . I wanna sincerely thank him so much from my family and me for being a great Dr while Iu2019m still here . His staff are amazing!!! During the time I was here I canu2019t get all their names lol because there were a hand full but plz forgive me lol . YOU GUYS ROCK !!!!! Letu2019s not forget Yvonne now lovely women Ty for my book I needed that it brought me closer to god and I wanna say Ty so much !!! Emergency room very efficient but once I was in a regular room on 5th floor my experience was not pleasant. The bed did not have a fitted sheet to start. Bathroom was full of mold. There seemed to be a nursing shortage. Communication between radiology staff and myself was very poor. I have been a patient in many. Hospitals and must say it was the worst experience I ever had. Staff was nice just shorthanded. Lastly I had 2 pieces of jewelry go missing while my husband went through valet parking at emergency room
