This Voice of America is my go to for my families nights and weekend needs. It always seems like something happens on a Friday evening or over the weekend that needs to be addressed when our primary doctors are closed. This facility is clean, well kept, doctors and staff are knowledgeable and kind. I am always set on the right path to help cure anything that ails us. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in our area.

AFC urgent care in West Chester/VOA is amazing. I try to avoid going to urgent care but often end up getting sick on the weekend. Iu2019ve been here a handful of times and the option of checking in online makes it so you arenu2019t waiting for hours in a lobby full of sick people but instead coming at your scheduled time. The clinic is a nice and updated space, and the location is very convenient. The care is always great! I would 100% recommend this urgent care!

The customer service at that front desk was piss poor. From the moment we walked in, we were treated as an inconvenience. I spent 15 minutes filling out virtual paperwork only to have to go over it all again with a receptionist who was down right rude. She cursed in front of my 3 year old and got an attitude with every single question she asked. Then after i paid my copay with a credit card she told me about a policy that said she would automatically charge my card for anything not covered. I never signed off on that either. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the doctor was kind and thorough. This place will never get any further business from me.
