Kind receptionist, she does her work diligently and also makes phone call reminders of your appointments. She also verified my insurance and if I am covered or if I will need a pre authorization for medication. The wait time depends on how many patients are in the office. My time spent with the Dr on average is between 40 mins to an hr depending on if you need lab work done. The Dr's are friendly, methodic and provide extra care, that you don't feel rushed. They treat you as a person.nnI would recommend this office due to their friendliness, cleanliness, and at home feel the Dr's give you.

Whatu2019s the point to set an appointment if you going to wait for more than an hour? My appointment was at 9am. I came on time, fill up the form and waited to be called. After an hour I started to notice that people who can after me were checked in first which makes no sense because my appointment was at 9am. I asked and they told me since Iu2019m a new patient they were going to receive the current patients first because the receptionist is too slow to get my information into their system. Mind you I was there since 9am. This clinic opens at 9am and I was there already

I went there because I scheduled an appointment and when I get there they tell me they no longer take my type of insuranceu2026 I called a week advance and let them know the type of insurance I have and they said on the phone all was good.. It would be nice if they gave me a call before the appointment to see if I was coming in and what insurance I hadu2026 Nou2026 I do not like this place
