The first time I went here was phenomenal. I recommended my doctor to everyone. Every time after that was a complete joke. I was thrown on to 87 different medications before being referred to someone else. I did an E-Visit yesterday because I have strep throat. At 8:30 she told me to go to urgent care and get the swab done. It is 8:30 the next day, my temp is 101, Iu2019m missing work and I STILL have not heard a word from them about my results since. I donu2019t have $ to pay another copay to go somewhere else. This place is a joke and they do not care about their patients.

If you are going here for a DOT, DO NOT schedule with Pamela Parker whatever you do. A nurse practitioner NOT a Doctor, who thinks losing your DOT and losing your job is no big deal. As she said u201cthere are other jobs at there.u201d Very rude, unprofessional and bedside manner is majorly lacking. These are peopleu2019s lives who work everyday busting their ass to make a living. Even though a Doctor was willing to pass the driver. Also the medication in question is something they have been on for many years and passed a DOT physical previously at this location.

I called to make an appointment to do a drug screening for a job. They said I could just walk in gave me the hours they are open. When I got there at 11:40they told me they are closed for lunch till 1 pm. No one at the window would open it to help. The staff that came out the door was very rude.

I have an elderly relative I take to appointments here. The nurse practitioner she sees is very caring and takes her time to reassure us, both, that she is there for us. She's very dedicated to her patients, and she is the perfect fit for us;-)We did have a problem in the lab there with two of the people taking blood. The first one had zero bedside manner & actually stopped during withdrawing blood & saying, I can't do this, & walking off! Then, another one tried to take blood. I finally asked her what the problem was (having a medical background myself) & she nastily replied, If she (relative) would relax & stop gripping the underside of the table, it would probably work. I had to constantly reassure my relative it was almost over, because she was in so much pain. I did speak to the head woman in the lab & told her everything and she said, the next time we go in for labs, to make sure she was nearby before they did anything.

Theyu2019re always quick to have to do tests and prescribe medication. And wonu2019t tell you before you see them that they charge you twice. One as the nurse/doctor. And another separate bill as the u201chospitalu201d itself. Itu2019s been a whole fight to try and get them to charge only one for my insurance but they wonu2019t. They wonu2019t be willing to help. When my copay should be 50$ Iu2019m stuck with hundreds per visit because they wonu2019t help any. Iu2019d have loved to try and keep going but with how they bill I simply canu2019t, especially if theyu2019re not willing to do what any other office does and bill once per visit.
